Lock Chun Restaurant Reviews
This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in San Jose they have the best Mongolian beef in the Bay Area there chicken chow main is yummy and their lunch specials are great it’s a little pricey but it’s worth it.
Lock Chun has become my family’s favorite Chinese food restaurant. Their food is delicious, portion sizes are large and their prices are reasonable. Recently, they have proven that their high standards don’t just apply to their food.
I would like to highlight my most recent experience with them. I had placed an order over the phone and paid with my credit card. My son picked up the order and hadn’t realized I had paid for the food already and paid with...read full review

Lock Chun Restaurant is located in a small commercial center and offers a variety of Chinese and vegetarian dishes. The food is flavorful and served quickly, with options including Mongolian beef, vegetable chow mein, and sweet and sour chicken. Vegetarian choices are plentiful and healthy, with less use of prepared sauces and oil. The restaurant has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, and take-out service is also available. Customers often enjoy the classic Chinese takeout boxes, which add to the authentic experience. Many have loved the beef green pepper meal and the generous portions of dishes like Mongolian beef and shrimp with vegetables. While most dishes are very good, some have noted that the beef in chow mein can be less than expected, and the sweet and sour chicken was sometimes dry with insufficient sauce. Overall, prices are reasonable, with a meal for two, including beer, costing around $30.00. The friendly atmosphere and tasty food keep visitors coming back regularly.
