We arrived at 5pm and were seated right away. The soy-marinated crab was easily the star of the meal, a 5-star dish on its own. The crab tasted very fresh, had lots of roe, and was perfect mixed into rice. The seafood pancake, spicy pork bibimbap, and bossam were all delicious as well.
Unfortunately, the experience was really hurt by what happened with our 5-year-old's food. We ordered a side of knife-cut noodles for her. The server said they might be out and would check....read full review

Such a great spot for Korean marinated crab! The soy-marinated crab was super fresh, flavorful, and had absolutely no fishy taste. The crab meat was tender and sweet, and the sauce was perfectly savory without being overly salty. So good with rice!
The service was also amazing—everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Great food, great service, and an overall wonderful experience. Definitely coming back when I’m...read full review

I was quite impressed with their bossam and a first few bites of gamjatang. The meats were very tender. I just wish the gamjatang had more stuff in it like potatoes or sujebee and more flavor(more spiciness). If banchans especially kimchi were not sweet, it would have helped. I might come here often for gamjatang if those improve. It's a little bland and greasy with no spiciness.

Master Oh 오선생 is a Korean restaurant known for its exceptional soy-marinated crab, which is often highlighted as the standout dish. The crab is very fresh, tender, sweet, and flavorful, with a perfectly savory sauce that pairs wonderfully with rice. Many reviews mention that the crab, especially the soy-marinated crab, is the main reason to visit, offering a rich and satisfying experience. In addition to the crab, diners enjoy other dishes like seafood pancake, bossam, braised beef short ribs, and various cold noodles, including naengmyeon. The seafood pancake is crispy on the outside and packed with seafood, while the braised short ribs are large, tender, and cooked until the meat almost falls off the bone, often served with a slightly sweet, well-balanced sauce. The fresh and unique flavors of the fish roe rice bowl and the summer naengmyeon, especially the Mul Naengmyeon and Bibim Naengmyeon, add to the restaurant’s appeal, offering refreshing and fun options for hot days. The restaurant’s atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with attentive staff providing good service. Many appreciate the quality of ingredients and authentic taste that make each dish satisfying and comforting. However, some reviews mention issues with service, particularly with delays or mistakes in orders for children’s food, which can leave a less positive impression. Overall, Master Oh 오선생 is a great spot for Korean comfort food, especially for those craving ganjang gejang and other traditional dishes, with the soy-marinated crab being the major highlight.
