McDonald's Reviews
Came and purchased 3 happy meals for the toys, and asked to purchase and additional few but told “you have to buy another happy meal, you can’t just buy the toys”.
So either they’re being ridiculous, or ALL the other places I’ve been to that allowed me to buy them at $2/each should all be shut down for going against their corporate policies.

McDonald's: Where Convenience Meets Culinary Compromise
Navigating the McDonald's drive-thru can be a rollercoaster of experiences. While the convenience of quick service is often the main draw, the reality can sometimes fall short of expectations. Customers have reported slightly higher prices compared to other locations, as well as longer wait times, even when ordering ahead through the app.
The menu offerings, though familiar, can also be hit or miss. One reviewer found the fish sandwich to be quite small and not a good value, while another described the hamburger and fries as "ok." However, the classic appeal of McDonald's fare, from Big Macs to McFlurries, seems to still hold sway, with customers often unable to resist the temptation of a greasy, satisfying meal.
The order-taking process itself can be a source of frustration, with one customer noting that essential items like napkins, condiments, and creamer were missing from their takeout order. Yet, the thrill of that long-awaited paper bag filled with burgers and fries, even if the fries are a bit soggy, can still make the experience worthwhile for many.
Ultimately, the McDonald's drive-thru remains a beloved institution, where the promise of convenience and comfort food collides with the reality of inconsistent quality and service. For those willing to embrace the unpredictable nature of this fast-food oasis, the journey can be both rewarding and, at times, a bit of a fry fiasco.
