I tried the braised beef with Chinese pickle noodle soup at Ox 9 Lanzhou Noodle. The dish was decent—the noodles had a good texture, and the portion size was reasonable. The soup had a nice flavor, but it was overly oily, which made it a bit heavy and hard to fully enjoy. Overall, it was an average experience. Not bad, but not something I’d rush back for either.
a hodgepodge of east asian noodles here and judging from other reviews the ramen is not it. however, i got the beef noodle soup (which is what they're known for) and it was pretty good. you can choose your noodle width and i got the regular. soup wasnt the most phenomenal ive had but it was still satisfying and solid.
they also give you these tiny spoons to drink the soup with which was funny but also kind of inconvenient

We were pleasantly surprised by the vegetarian chili oil noodles! They were full of flavor and the stewed egg elevated the bowl to the next level. Four stars because the noodles were slippery and difficult to eat with the plastic forks!
