Not sure why I ordered Japanese ramen at a Chinese noodle place but was pleasantly surprised. Miso ramen broth was a little bland, however it had healthy portions of pork, bamboo shoots, seaweed and a boiled egg. Came back another time to try the braised beef and pickled vegetable noodle soup. Lot of braised beef chunks and the pickled veggies made the soup really flavorful. Soup was a little oily so it wouldn’t hurt to pop a statin pill after eating.
A challenge that any Korean should consider... The soup taste was good, but the meat that should have been called Sari (?) was so-so... And the amount of noodles seemed a bit small compared to the price, like other reviews.
It tasted OK but I wasn't impressed with the quantity and its value. Expensive for the barely-there contents which consisted small amount of noodle, a few pieces of veggies and beef meats. It was so meager that I had to add additional fried chicken to eat with. What a rip-off. Not coming back.
