I ordered online & they didn't include the sauces & seasoning that I indicated. No napkins & utensil for my mash potato. The chicken tenders were a bit rubbery.
The next day, I ordered the same. It's the same young girl in charged of the pick ups. She might be new & not trained to check for accuracy if sauces were included. I noticed they only have a small receipt of the order which might not include the sauces ordered.

The app works great, no need to line up. Just wait for the food the be ready.
However, my last visit my food wasnt ready but the app said it was. Also, the app doesnt show the Tuesday deal so I always have to order that in person and use the QR code to get the points. Thats why 4 stars.

I placed an online order just before the restaurant was about to close and called ahead to ask them to hold the food for me. By the time I arrived to pick it up, they had been closed for twenty-five minutes; they were still in the process of wrapping up for the night but had kept my order aside. They were truly thoughtful!
