The worst chicken I've ever had in my life. It tastes like a rubber whenever I chew. Did they even marinate the chicken? I'm so disappointed in their food quality, specifically at this location. Absolute trash!!!
I placed an online order just before the restaurant was about to close and called ahead to ask them to hold the food for me. By the time I arrived to pick it up, they had been closed for twenty-five minutes; they were still in the process of wrapping up for the night but had kept my order aside. They were truly thoughtful!
I ordered online & they didn't include the sauces & seasoning that I indicated. No napkins & utensil for my mash potato. The chicken tenders were a bit rubbery.
The next day, I ordered the same. It's the same young girl in charged of the pick ups. She might be new & not trained to check for accuracy if sauces were included. I noticed they only have a small receipt of the order which might not include the sauces ordered.
