Bro the prices are to high? here i recomend you to go to the one in san carlos cause i asked for 4 bbq sauces at the one in valleyfair and i got charged 2$ the bbq should be free either way plus all they want is to rip the customers off they make excuses saying oh the prices are high in 2023 i dont belive that cause as a matter of fact most other fast food restraunts give out free condiments after you purchase a meal and the bbq sause isnt on sale the cashiers just wanna sell it to make more profit for themselves. I hope there popeyes gets shut down so ppl wouldent have to pay an extra 10$ for nothing

Fast food fried chicken! It's supposed to be fast! I queued in line, got my order in. Noticed they have a tip jar in front of the cash box. Paid for my order and started to wait. 15minutes later, no food...a crew called my order number. I went to him and he says: We don't have mild chicken right now, we have the spicy kind. Or would you like to nuggets? Or tenders? If you want mild, you have to wait about 10 more minutes. I guess they think they're giving me customer service by giving me options? The thing is, the time to give me those options is WHILE I AM ORDERING!!! NOT WHEN I'VE ALREADY WAITED MORE THAN 15 MINUTES GOING ON 20 FOR MY FOOD! I told the man I do not want to wait for the food anymore. Just cancel my order and give me a refund. Freaking man doesn't even apologize for their poorly run store and wordlessly with an attitude gave me a refund. He expected me to meekly say "ok, I'll wait for my chicken. This! This is one reason why I hate going out...whether to sit down or "fast food" restaurants.

Writing a review because this is the second time we came here and still the chicken is awfully dry. A couple of months ago we bought the tenders and it was salty and dry. This time I brought my mom and we bought a family meal - 10pc with 2 Lg sides for 29.99 after tax $32.99. Any way it comes with biscuits and mom chose the red beans and rice and the mash potatoes to go. It was the start of lunch and we were there at 12n, so you would think everything would be "fresh". She was home in about 30 min and the food was terrible. She said the chicken was hard not crispy, and the inside was dry, very dry. She added that the biscuits were like rocks and felt like everything was day old food reheated. How can you serve food like that especially in a place where people have money to spend! It's ridiculous that the people there think that's ok, then again why would they care about any quality as they just work there. I think we should be refunded, don't give a free meal because we're going to give this place another chance. Thanks but no thanks.
Great customer service, but the tenders tend to be a little smaller for the price you pay.

I was just checking on there Popeyes website for this location in Valley Fair shopping center! Evidently it's more than 50 cents per item higher than other Popeye's, I just checked on a spicy chicken sandwich is $5.99 all of the locations I checked it's $4.99! So they're a dollar more than all the other local Popeyes Chicken for it's chicken sandwich! Give me a break!

I ordered and paid online and when picking up, the store is closed at 5pm Wednesday. Also, the map location is wrong. It’s in the food court on 2nd floor of the mall.
