The food, as always, was delicious! And it came out hot, too. =) The problem was that it took a half hour to get it and it came out *before our drink!* I think our waitress was overwhelmed with multiple tables assigned at once--one of which was very large--and either she did not ask for help or it was refused. Red Robin is one of those places where you can't expect too much, it's a fast casual family restaurant.So when things go *better than expected* it doesn't go unnoticed. Lucho was attentive, quick, on top of everything before we even had to ask, and sweet to my kiddos. He was hustling around the entire restaurant doing so for seemingly every table. Can't ask for much more! And the food came out hot and tasty :)

If I could give six stars, I would. I first found this location when my coworker wanted to treat me to lunch. Everything was good, but my latest visit really set the bar above and beyond.Fries perfectly crispy, burgers were delicious, and they have the good ranch here. But what really sets the bar apart from other RR locations is the gentleman who served me: Lucho. He was very kind and responsive to providing refills and stellar customer service.
