Tong Sui Coconut Lab (Valley Fair) is a shop that uses fresh coconuts and fresh ingredients. The drinks are always delicious. The coconut pudding is so good and reminds many of Vietnamese coconut dessert. The mango mochi coconut pudding is a favorite: no added sugar, just the natural sweetness of coconut and mango. The mochi is super soft and chewy, and the pudding is very soft. The coconut paradise is golden. The matcha mist has a good coconut flavor, and the matcha cold brew has a very strong matcha flavor and tastes high quality. The coco earth with crystal boba is refreshing. The coconut pudding lycee is yummy, and the blue coconut water is yummy. The place is really clean and neat. Highly recommend, will be coming back.
