WhatCoffee & Bakery is a wonderful coffee shop and bakery across from Franklin Mall, featuring a spacious, bright, and very well decorated cozy cafe with window seats and a lot of natural light. The baked goods, including croissants, cakes, and pastries, are made in house. Reviews highlight the chocolate croissant, almond croissant, pistachio croissant, mushroom & avocado sandwich on a ciabatta bun, chocolate cakes, and berry danish as fresh, delicious, flaky, buttery, and phenomenal, with some noting the croissants can be very crunchy.
