I love the industrial motif and both times I've been there, I've gotten very good vibes and enjoyed yummy cold brews and pastries. I highly recommend.
Had the haymaker breakfast burrito and the kombucha, both are exceptionally delicious. I was particularly impressed by the size and quality of the burrito. I'm not a huge fan of ham typically, but it was smokey, tender, and delicious in the burrito. I can't believe I haven't heard of this place before. I'll be coming back for more before too long.
