Excellent food. Given the quality of food, I think it is a good value. I will be coming here next time I'm in town.
We love Hook & Line! The best part is the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming, remembering us and our favorite menu items. Sitting at the bar with a “filthy martini” and a dozen oysters has become our favorite date night.
From someone who really appreciates good food, I was totally blown away by this meal. Everything from the oysters to the salad, the cod, the mussels and the halibut ceviche were absolutely delicious!!! The service was attentive yet spacious, the atmosphere is lovely and the music and lighting is appropriately soft making for good table conversation.

Hook & Line is a great spot with a fun semi-industrial vibe. The happy hour menu is very affordable and has great choices, including excellent oysters and delicious crab cakes. The staff are one of the best, providing phenomenal service with attention to detail. The food is excellent, with incredible flavors and a wide variety of fresh ingredients in every dish. The seafood is fresh, and dishes like mussels, grilled oysters, and seafood chowder are available. The dessert is good, and there are also great NA drink options and mocktails. However, some find the portions to be a bit small for the price. The ambiance is perfect for a date night, lively yet intimate, and the restaurant can also accommodate larger parties. Overall, Hook & Line is a solid choice, with great food, service, and ambiance, making it a recommended spot to visit, especially during happy hour. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness add to the overall experience, making it a great place to celebrate special occasions. With its creative cocktail menu and quality mocktails, Hook & Line has something for everyone.
