By total accident we stumbled upon this tiny place . They serve the best vegan sushi ! They actually have vegan fish that looks , tastes and smells like actual fish ! 4.5 stars rounded up. A huge vegan section of the menu that features both faux fish as well as creative vegetable rolls. Service can be at the table or at the counter, very casual but they are helpful with suggestions. We started with the miso soup, which had a hearty base with seaweed and tofu (excellent) and the steamed vegetable gyoza served with a very sour sauce (pass). Great food and service!! Both rolls we got were really good! They were also nice about making some accommodations with ingredients. Can tell they take pride in their sushi and I respect it! Great experience would come again!
