He answered a complaint that my mom left online and he called me personally, and he was sorry for what happened what led to the complaint, he had been the owner for only a month. And to make it all right, he offered me a free meal. It just goes to show that he took over this Carl's at just the right time, and he cares about his customers! My mom was very impressed.“

“I have been to this Taco Bell twice now and both times I believe I was helped my adrenaline by the name of Roman. He was very kind and paid close attention to detail when taking the order to make sure it was correct. He even went the extra mile today and made sure that I didn't forget my drink and flagged me down as I almost left the drive-thru and brought it out to me. Everything is Fast and Fresh and I love that I can add extra purple cabbage to my items if I want to to help me stay with a little bit more nutrient density for my meals. Love that Taco Bell offers fresh black beans and purple cabbage!“

I decided to come back again and Rich surprisingly remembered my order and greeted me by my name as I stepped it. “I gotta say, guys. This is one of the cleanest the subways I've ever been to. It smells good when you walk in as in clean and also smells like good food. I've never been to a subway that smells and looks as neat. Even the food looks fresh. Come check it out for yourself. I know you'll say the same.“

“I came in today for the first time in this location to get something quick in and everything was great! The tacos I got were nice and crispy. The hash brown was also nice and not oversaturated in oil like I've sometimes gotten at other locations. Lastly the extreme sausage sandwich I got tasted good as well. I do also appreciate that the common sauces are available for customers to get themselves. Overall it was nice and clean (someone that appears to be of higher position was cleaning the doors and outside) and I enjoyed eating in with the good food.“

The chicken was tough and tasted a little stale (?) if that's even an applicable adjective. Not like really bad but not like I'm used to from Yoshinoya. The lychee boba was really tasty, though.“

The staff handled it really well, alerted customers right away and were apologetic for inconveniences. All in all, I had a great experience & will be back.“
