Currently experiencing low quality customer service and negative attitude from an employee who didn't want to help me purchase the item I needed. Costco Eye Glasses and Vision Testing Both departments are busy, but worth it. The prices and the customer service can't be beat. Eye testing equipment is State-of-Art. (No eye dialating.) The staff is friendly and professional. You get what you need in an amazing turnaround timeframe. There is one "Special-Special" in the eye-glasses department. It is true that to enjoy the benefits of Costco you need to have a membership. The cheapest membership is $60 a year. If you were concerned about making sure that your pantry is well stocked, then you can enjoy the membership with its full benefits for $60 a year. I shop around and Costco is just one of the options that I use but it is not the only option. Why do you ask? Because some companies might have good deals on some things and others on other things.
