My theory is the lobby was intentionally made much more colder to keep customers from lounging. As I go there to study for long periods of time, unfortunately, the only thing I was able to focus on was the coldness I felt throughout my whole body. Mind you, I was wearing soft leggings under my jeans and a soft hoodie. Not sure if i can depend on this location to keep me comfortable enough to focus on my work.“

Two weeks ago, I decided to revisit and to my surprise this Starbucks has come full circle.
The customer service is finally back to being on par with how it should be…which is EXCELLENT!!!!
It’s nice to see the employees being upheld to higher standards by Logan, who demonstrates extraordinary leadership skills.
Jules, Logan, Aleena, & Analyse….You all ROCK!!!!!!
From start to finish, the four of you are wonderful to interact with when starting my mornings.
It was also a very pleasant surprise to see the Store Manager, Tanya out and about in the cafe speaking to regular guests….this created a warm & welcoming atmosphere.
These are the reasons for repeat customers and visits.

“Pretty awesome place. Barista working the drive through gave us a drink which was made accidentally by the others. She offered it to us as a sample while they made ours. Thank you Brista lady, we love the sample and will put the “Gingerbread Chi” on our list. Awesome place all around.“
“Beyond busy, accidentally came in the 30 minutes before the high school starts. Honestly, it's the busiest I've seen a Starbucks outside Disneyland. Wish the staff would have poured the water into my reusable cup and saved the plastic but all in all, home run“
“Parking: Plenty of close compact parking where drive-thru customers may be forced to linger behind your vehicle. Big trucks can park a little further away in the shared shopping center parking. It's all convenient and safe parking.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of open space inside and outside.“
