Starbucks in Santa Maria

“Parking: Plenty of close compact parking where drive-thru customers may be forced to linger behind your vehicle. Big trucks can park a little further away in the shared shopping center parking. It's all convenient and safe parking.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of open space inside and outside.“

“Great Starbucks location and very nice staff!! This was our first time visiting. It was a little difficult to find the entrance. You get there through the Chevy parking lot. Once we got that figured out, everything was great!! Enjoy your coffee!!“

“I like using the app to order ahead. Very convenient and easy to navigate. The staff in the early morning are very friendly and can make a wonderful cup of coffee.

Parking: It really depends on the time you go there. Usually the drive thru line can be super long, then it's probably best to just park and go in. The passing lanes right in front are too close together. If you have a larger vehicle, best to go around and park further away.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no automatic doors. Some help to enter is required. Although very spacious inside to navigate a wheelchair. Or a stroller. Luckily the doors can remain open when opened all the way. No one likes a door smacking into you when trying to enter.“

“I've always had such an excellent experience at this Starbucks! This morning a barista made my mobile order and then made sure with me that it had enough ice and milk to top it off. I was prepared mentally already to ask for more milk so it was so nice this person asked.

The day before my drive thru drink was a bit bitter, and so I went back in and they were so so nice about it, making me a brand new one and going out of their way to make sure everything was good.

A few days prior I was bringing my grams in to use the bathroom. I was telling her to get a head start to the bathroom while I go grab the code--the barista was already walking to the door to let her into the bathroom! Such a sweet gesture!

I've noticed the workers here communicate so well and really care about eachother. I often see them working happily and productively. When I come in, I'm acknowledged and treated like a human. I know that's what the service industry is, but believe me, not every Starbucks is as clean and thoughtful as this one!

“Beyond busy, accidentally came in the 30 minutes before the high school starts. Honestly, it's the busiest I've seen a Starbucks outside Disneyland. Wish the staff would have poured the water into my reusable cup and saved the plastic but all in all, home run“
