“Angel Maid Bakery has gone down hill a little bit. Their hours are not what they say and their lot for parking is very small.
That said, their service is still great and they are very nice.
They are limited in what they will do. If you bring in a photo of a cake you want, chances are they won't be able to do it. They do not do images at all. They have a book and you can pick a cake.
Their selection in store is very good, but I am so sick of most of them having a whipped cream frosting that you have to keep cold. I don't like cold cake. Their selection of butter cream is lacking.
They do have a nice selection of cupcakes with butter cream frosting which is great.
When you have them write on a cake you pre ordered you can tell they took very little time to do it, it is sloppy and there is nothing but what you told them to write. Most bakeries add a little flower or something to present the name.
I just had a lemon curd type cake from them and I noticed the sloppy writing and the cake was so sweet I could not eat it, and of course, it was cold.
I won't be back. That is sad. I will find another bakery that cares. But I still give them a 4 because I know a lot of people like sweet cakes with whipped cream frosting and their service is very good.“

“I came here the other day to see what all the hype was about regarding the fruit pastries everyone has been talking about in Los Angeles. I visited this local spot on Olympic Boulevard, and I was definitely impressed.
The shop was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, I arrived later in the day, so it seemed like they were starting to run low on some of their inventory. Even so, I was able to pick up a few items, including three mango pastries, which I absolutely loved. I also grabbed a couple of other treats for my partner who was with me.
To top it off, they even included a few complimentary items, which was a very nice gesture and greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and was thankful for the opportunity to visit and review this location.
If you're looking for delicious fruit pastries and a friendly local business to support, I highly recommend stopping by. This is definitely a spot worth checking out.“

“Everything I ever had from Vienna Pastry is beyond delicious. The staff is wonderful. My favorite cookie in the entire world is made by this fabulous bakery. I live in PA and I never make a trip to CA without several stops at Vienna Pastry. The owner, Jaleh Rahban, is one of the kindest ladies I have ever met. I recommend this shop to everyone. “This is a hidden gem coffee shop! I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it’s delicious. You can actually taste the espresso which I love. The place has a really nice vibe. If I had more time I would’ve loved to sit and enjoy my latte there. Definitely recommend checking this place out. Oh and the prices are much cheaper than other coffee shops in the city!“

“This spot has been open for a while and I never tried it until today. I recently went to Paris and I loved the bakeries there so I decided to try this bakery which is very close to my house. It was really good. I chose the ham and cheese croissant. It was fresh and delicious. The coffee was good too. I will be back here soon. I plan to become a regular customer weekly.“
