Horrible service!!! Guy just told us they were closed even tho its 3pm and they close at 7pm. Everything was open I clouding ice cream bins and computers. Rudest person on the pier. Not sure why this business is on the pier! Advise... keeping going. There will be better plac3s and services to give your money to.
Fantastic sundaes and a great range of shakes. Great place if you are at Santa Monica Pier
I just wish customer service was more excited, its lacking some fun.
Otherwise, ice cream is good & the carousel next to the shop is inviting for kids & families
