everything here is always delicious except the associate who helped me was very unprofessional. i ordered only a frozen lemonade and she first grabbed tissue paper and opened the pretzel container. after staring at the pretzels and glancing at me a few times i said just the lemonade was ok for today. she then grabs the wrong cup and pours it into there. she starts handing it to me and then turns around and pours the contents of that cup into a new cup, spilling some onto her hand....read full review
Pretzels are big and taste good. They are a bit expensive for pretzels as I spent close to $9 for a cheese pretzel with dip. Kind of a quick grab and go place so no real take on anything else.

Pretzels were good, but customer service needs overhaul. Asked for a bag to put pretzels in and was refused. Not a real pleasant place, but can't expect much nowadays. It is what it is.
