“I absolutely love this. The management is amazing. All the employees are so kind warm and welcome me so I’m part of the family during the daytime. There is a manager that works only two I believe 2 PM so she must work the earlier shift and please forgive me for not knowing your name, but I know She is the most amazing kind person quite honest that I’ve met in the last 5 to 10 years just an absolute And you guys should be so grateful to have such an Team leader manager or whatever she may be thank you guys again everything is always wonderful. That’s why I keep coming back.“

“This cold stone store in Ventura off Johnson is always a great place to go for your sweet cravings.Their ice cream is delicious, customer service always very kind even if very busy, like today for instance, there was already two groups of people before me and then it was me and then I believe about a family of five to six and then another couple and another couple after that but there was only one girl there that was working and also training at the same time and to be honest she did a very good job trying to keep up being kind asking questions while doing the ice cream she was amazing today, she had already gotten through half of the line and two workers showed up to help out which was very nice.But That first girl (I didn't get her name but she has long black straight hair and I believe a tattoo on the inside of her right wrist.) She Was working her butt off, And you wouldn't think so many people wouldn't go on a Wednesday ?But this place is always a good idea to get dessert.“
