I came into Carl’s Jr. having a really bad day over having to drive a very long way to fix my cell phone and it was literally a quick one button fix. All I wanted was a western bacon cheeseburger and fries. I got to meet Bella who is an extraordinary employee who totally brightened my day and reminded me a lot of my daughter.
