“I went there around 12ishpm on lunch and I just wanna say my goodness the customer service is amazing the 2 gentlemen were very helpful and asked me for condiments, food was hot and ready excellent customer service better than the Healdsburg restaurant!!!!!“
“The drive thru staff is always super friendly and helpful, even late at night! Normally going to get fast food late at night at other places means unusually poor service or messed up orders but Carls Jr. has good fresh food and nice employees, even when everything else has already closed :)“
“Me and my husband went in for lunch we brought our kids and my mother in law and what we were met with was great conversation even better customer service. The young lady taking our order was fantastic, she joked with our kids who are typically very shy she repeated our order and even doubled checked if we needed any sauces , we will definitely be returning when in the area“
