We visited Sunstone Christmas eve, the location is really nice, and the tasting area is super accommodating for kids, dogs etc. It's like a picknick area with wine tasting. I ended up joining their wine club, they have a deep offering of wines. During the tasting I had some questions regarding some of the wines that were not on the tasting menu and the person helping us grabbed some additional wines for us to try. My son, his dog, and I visited Solvang the day after Thanksgiving and decided to drop by this winery in the afternoon before they close. It was our first time here and it was well rated. It was busy and they had a table for us. The ambiance was very nice and it was dog friendly. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The winery had a Black Friday special on select wines. Our server gave us free tastings and I bought several bottles.

Wonderful wine tasting experience! Loved all the wine we tried, if you buy 3 bottles, they waive the tasting fee. They even offered an extra glass of rose that’s not on the tasting menu. You can also purchase a charcuterie & cheese box from any of the wine counter ($30, not on their menu) and there’s a food truck towards the back serving burgers etc..
