He was super busy and I admired his happy attitude and his fast pace. He was cranking them blizzards out. Amazing customer service by this young man. “We’ve had multiple great experiences at this Cold Stone, and it continues to be our go-to spot for ice cream in the SCV. The highlight of this location is hands-down the incredible staff. They’re always welcoming, helpful, and make the experience that much sweeter.

Lucas, in particular, has helped us many times and delivers some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. He’s genuinely friendly, makes you feel like an old friend, and puts together an amazing ice cream creation every time.

The ice cream is consistently phenomenal. They rotate in new flavors regularly while keeping the classics around. My personal favorite? Cookie dough—can’t go wrong with it.

“I took my wife to this La Michoacana location tonight because we were in the area and she wanted ice cream. She decided to get the paletas de leche which is the Mexican French Vanilla popsicles. She really liked the ice cream and the flavor. Before we left she decided she wanted the agua fresca smoothie so I brought it for her. We had a great time here and the customer service was great.“

“Love this place, my go to for when I want a cold sweet treat, they have a lot of toppings to choose from, I love their popping boba, the workers are nice, greet you when you enter. You can ask for free sample cups if you want to try a flavor before adding it to your cup.“

“I I think Kevin is his name but he is awesome. Any place that will help a person with mental disabilities is a plus in my book. A homeless woman came in while I was there and she got a tiny little cup for free and then I gave her $5 and she came back in and ended up getting an actual small cup and filled it to the rim with a few strawberries on top which was definitely over $5 and he still gave it to her for $5 and I think that is amazing. Also they have graham cracker for the yogurt which I feel most places don't have it but is definitely needed with my yogurt.“

Menchie’s in Valencia is truly amazing! We visit frequently with our kids and are always impressed by the cleanliness of the shop. The bar and toppings area are spotless, and the tables are well-maintained. The staff is exceptional, and Jennie stands out as a warm and welcoming presence. She's incredibly helpful, reminding us about our rewards and informing us of upcoming bonus points. In February, she provided us with great insights on what’s coming next!

Jennie’s friendly demeanor and constant smiles make our visits even more enjoyable. The machines are always in working order, and there's always ample seating for us to relax and enjoy our treats. We love Menchie’s for the perfect family atmosphere.

“My wife and I stopped by this Raspado Xpress location because she wanted her Strawberry Raspado. We found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. I got their nachos with jalapenos. The lady working made our order quick and we took it home to eat. My wife loved her strawberry Raspado but my nacho chips were very stale. It was old or sat out for too long.“

“Holy smokes! This is the greatest Baskin-Robbins I’ve ever been to! Not only was the ice cream DELICIOUS, but the employees were friendly, helpful, and most importantly, KIND. I patronize this location 2 times a week MINIMUM. During my most recent visit to this wonderful establishment, I ordered a kids double scoop and the two flavors I chose were to DIE for. My first scoop was ROCKY ROAD and my second was BASEBALL NUT (I love my cashews). Both made my tum-tum say “yum yum.”“

“My family has been coming to Pam’s since I was an actual baby. I am 27 now and don’t live in the state anymore, but Pam’s donuts is always at the top of my list when I come back to visit. Consistently great quality and the best donuts I’ve ever had. (Although admittedly I might be a little biased having been raised on them.)
I’ve heard from many people that Pam recognizes regular customers immediately when they come in and she’s always excited to see them, even remembering their orders. I think it truly speaks to a business’s quality when so many of the customers have been loyal to it for multiple decades. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, I think about it often and can’t wait to go back. :)“

“The owners are wonderful. I was having lunch the other day and was half-way through my meal when I received an emergency phone call from my daughter's school, which is very close to the restaurant, that she had had a seizure and that I had to go there immediately. I told the chef that I had an emergency and asked if I could quickly pay so I could leave. They just said Go! No problem! We'll see you next time! and wouldn't let me pay. I will be going back to Baby Tuna as often as I can! The food is great, and the owners are truly good people. Love this place.“
