I gave it a 3 because the service in the evenings I'm there...usually a Saturday evening is always really good.The low rating overall is not something any individual store may be able to overcome. I've been going to Subway for 30 or so years and they have fallen so far. I actually looked I to franchising. I eat here just to break up the monotony of food after 9pm in Marin. The sandwichs are disappointing 90% of the time.....this it not unique to this location. Pimpy and overpriced....read full review

All the stuff here always provide great service. Especially the one who works on Wednesday. He took the time to make sure that my veggie patty was well toasted and perfect. I was really touched by his thoughtfulness. Plus this place is clean every time I visit.

The place is clean and staff is friendly, but for some reason they cannot manage to maintain a supply of soda selection in their fountain drink machine. I’ve been coming here for a year. The soda selections are out about 50% of the time.
