The food was fresh (hot) and actually looked like the pictures advertised.My husband and I couldn’t help but drive back thru the drive thru to Thank her and the cooks for their first class service. Best service we’ve had in a long time .“

“I’ve been going to this Jack in the box for probably 10 years now? Having lived in Santa Cruz, for a portion of those years. I would specifically drive the extra 5 minutes to this Jb, instead of the one in Santa Cruz. The food is on par, the drive thru staff is friendly, the establishment is well kept, and I’ve never had a bad eating incident. I will be going sometime this week, for the Gremlins promo. “I’m not usually a McDonald’s fan for unknown reasons but I really wanted some McNuggets one night. I went through the drive through, asked if they could cook a fresh 20pc and they happily did! Another night not long after, I had learned the quarter pounder patties are fresh and never frozen. I got a double and wow, it was insanely good for the money relative to their more expensive competition such as Habit or 5 guys etc. Nice clean place worthy of Scotts Valley. Please note, both visits were not during rush times so who knows…..“
