“Delfina served us in the drive thru and gave us first class customer service with a smile , eye contact and invited us back . The food was fresh (hot) and actually looked like the pictures advertised.My husband and I couldn’t help but drive back thru the drive thru to Thank her and the cooks for their first class service. Best service we’ve had in a long time .“

“I know it's a chain, but every time I walk into a Jersey Mike's, I'm greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who are in a good mood, and seem happy to help me. The food is always fresh and delicious, and I walk out feeling a little bit better about my day than when I walked in. Smiles and good humor are nourishment too.“

“The best Jack in the box I've ever been to. The food is always super fresh, it's somehow not extra greasy like most jack in the boxes! Service is generally very good! Only very small thing is that at least a couple of the employees sometimes forget to ask if you want sauce, so make sure you remember to ask for it if you want it!

All in all this place deserves 5 stars, its everything I expect it to be and then some.“

“I’m not usually a McDonald’s fan for unknown reasons but I really wanted some McNuggets one night. I went through the drive through, asked if they could cook a fresh 20pc and they happily did! Another night not long after, I had learned the quarter pounder patties are fresh and never frozen. I got a double and wow, it was insanely good for the money relative to their more expensive competition such as Habit or 5 guys etc. Nice clean place worthy of Scotts Valley. Please note, both visits were not during rush times so who knows…..“

“Not all Taco Bells are created equally, and this one stands above the rest. Taco Bell in Scotts Valley is the best Taco Bell in Santa Cruz County. I get a very simple and specific order whenever I get Taco Bell (bean burrito, no cheese, add nacho cheese) and out of all the Taco Bells in the county, this is the only one that makes it perfect. They never skimp on the nacho cheese, it’s always the perfect amount. I love you guys.“

“Food was fresh, staff were polite and they actually asked what sauce we wanted for chicken nuggets whereas McDonalds usually makes you tell them and if you forget they won't follow up when they hand over your order. Store was clean and well stocked. I was very happy with my visit!“
