“Whoever the lady that was working on 11/6/2023 at 5:45PM. Made my mobile order perfect. For my wife and I. Everything in the store is clean. And normally is for the dozen + times I've been. It's fast food so you don't expect service but the food is always consistent and made the way you order it. I checked the receipt so I can give the name but it's not on there.I'm sure most who get their food the way they want don't post their reviews. It's always the ones who have bad experiences that have a tendency to post bad ones. One thing I have to add, do not expect store front parking. Parking is plentiful though and free. No more than 10-20 yards to walk as this is fairly a big plaza shared with many chain businesses. Cheers“
“If you are trying to figure out what to eat in Capitola I HIGHLY recommend Left Coast Sausage Worx.To start the service was outstanding. Very friendly and welcoming.The choices of sausage were spot on. I normally stay away from the average hot dog. But Left Coast Sausage Worx has some of the highest quality of sausages in Santa Cruz. They post all the details of the sausage on the menu and source multiple options from Corralitos, home to mouth watering sausages.Their buns are sourced from Aldos bakery. A local bakery/restaurant that my family has been going to for years.For thoes not interested in meat they have a veggie sausage! This was my order and it was the most flavorful sausage I had ever tried. Had my boyfriend try it and he was mind blown for how rich it was with italian flavor.You can find some bomb eats here without breaking the bank.Highly recommend and will be returning.“
“Awesome steak and cheese subs!!! Just like what I ate growing up in Boston. Excellent steak and produce. I only gave "Service" 4 stars for two reasons. One, you can always be better. I don't think anyone is truly a 5. And two, and unfortunately, the main reason for only 4 stars is that they don't tend to read the directions or notes supplied on each sandwich when ordered. IE: Add Mayo - Slice in 4, etc. Other than that slight issue, It would be 4.99 Stars!!!Jersey Mike's is awesome!!!! Can't wait for the Scotts Valley, CA location to open so I don't have to go all the way to Santa Cruz!!!“
“It was a good idea having KFC and A&W combined. I enjoyed having the choice between the two places or a little of both. I went with three chicken strips and a double cheeseburger combo. Both were hot and seemed really fresh. The chicken was super tender and the burger had a great flavor. The fries were also some of the best I've had in a while. They had a little seasoning on them which tasted really good. The restaurant doesn't have a lot of places to sit but even to go would be a great option. Definitely worth a try.“
“I came in last minute for some Sufganiyot for Hanukkah, and Mike (owner) saved the day and helped put together some jelly doughnuts for us. Truly a lifesaver and extremely friendly. We got another chocolate doughnut while there, absolutely delicious. Fresh and reasonably priced. We will be coming back again for all of our doughnut needs. I'm excited to try the sandwiches too!“
“The cleanest Jersey Mike's I've been to and they're all generally really clean. Julian was EXTREMELY sweet and kind, I mean customer service is unmatched, he's probably the example used in the customer service training videos. Food was top notch and entire staff was also so friendly, another staff member was having such a polite conversation with another client while tending to them. The exceptional demonstration of multitasking definitely made myself and the other client in the store felt happy. 10/10 would invite Julian to a BBQ.“
“The food taste like great Taco Bell food. Clean most of the time. Quick service. The only issue is the amount they serve here. It seems like they've never been audited on the weight or quantities of the servings. The food is always so light or half scooped or something at this location. Apparently Kiosk orders only at the time too. Most of the staff has decent/expected/acceptable customer service when they need to interact. Experience was average. Wouldn't discourage anyone from going. Just giving the heads up. Hopefully the restaurant makes some adjustments.“
“The Staff always in a hurry. The Portions aren't bang for the buck. Served very little. Broccoli and beef. They gave me broccoli only. I said where's the beef ? You definitely need to watch your order carefully. I recommend Panda Express Mission ST. If you're in that area.“
