The manager on duty (I think) started to yell over me when I showed that I received the text telling me my order was ready for pickup at 11:51am, but didn't have an order in hand until 11:55... She yelled at me that a worker was bagging it, when I was trying to ask why I got the text when the order was ready. I guess if she wants to drive away customers, then she's doing a fantastic job. Ling is the best! She is always friendly, welcoming, and has a smile on her face every time I come in. She provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. It’s employees like Ling that keep me coming back.
