“The croissants are sooooo delicious. They are super incredible when they are super fresh and warm in the morning or still amazing when it is later in the day..The ladies that work here are so nice. “I haven't had Five Guys in over 13 years. The first time I tried Five Guys was in Sacramento and I absolutely hated it! But this location in Santa Cruz hit the spot! The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and the grilled onions, fresh tomatoes, lettuce and pickles were great additions that complimented the burger very well. Way better than The Habit! “Am I proud that I occasionally get this 950 calorie Cali XL double cheeseburger? No I am not, but it is delish! The two ladies and one young man who work there are the nicest fast food staff in Scotts Valley, so I have to give them some respect back. They make a mean breakfast burrito as well. Most of the time they are not that busy, so do not expect the fastest service, but they are perfectly on time if you order ahead online. Always friendly and smiling. Gracias!“

“ahhh, Taco Bell! a staple, fast food favorite, when in the mood. i don't stray too far from the classic crunchy taco, sometimes ordering a 12-pack (when i have $25!), most of the time it's just single tacos, or two, or three, or four. this location is nice because it has a drive-thru and parking spots to pull in and eat in the car, on the lap. * remember! the green avocado sauce packets are 30 cents each! the mild through diablo hot sauce packets are free! 😉

“The Habit in Watsonville is one of the best fast food spots in the area. The manager, Sara, and cashier, Maria, provide excellent customer service and always treat customers with respect and care. The food is consistently hot, salads are fresh, and well-prepared. The staff stays focused and professional, making sure orders are handled quickly and correctly rather than being distracted in the back like at some other places. Overall, the team runs a tight, efficient operation that shows pride in their work.

“Food pricing is gotten out of budget. Tried to alert them that their bathroom is out of compliance and they didn't seem to understand. The food was good and hot. They weren't going to give me any numbers to call for it so I will be forcer to seek further action thru the courts“

Only one register and 4 kiosks? I mean, at least there's still one register, but I'm always going to think that people make for a better reason to go somewhere. “I work at a different subway location than this, I thought that I’d stop by and check it out. I asked the lady behind the counter for employee discount and she said no which is completely fine because you’re technically not supposed to use it unless you’re on the clock. She was pretty slow but it’s fine because the sandwich was good. But the problem I had was with the other coworker. There was the older lady behind the counter doing all the work, and there was a younger teenager girl just sitting in the lobby on her phone. I watched the older lady make about 12 sandwiches by herself in the 20 minutes period that I was there. And I know that break times are 15 minutes long. Overall food was alright, and that girl needs to be fired“

“It was a good idea having KFC and A&W combined. I enjoyed having the choice between the two places or a little of both. I went with three chicken strips and a double cheeseburger combo. Both were hot and seemed really fresh. The chicken was super tender and the burger had a great flavor. The fries were also some of the best I've had in a while. They had a little seasoning on them which tasted really good. The restaurant doesn't have a lot of places to sit but even to go would be a great option. Definitely worth a try.“

“So I'm traveling from out of town and had 2 seniors (one of whom is half deaf), a toddler, and a 6 month old. It was chaos. Shoutout to Connor, who engaged my dad in conversation while I was getting the toddler squared away, and who gave us an excellent recommendation for some local scenery to visit whilst in town. (Shark beach down highway 1 if anyone is interested in some stunning scenery).

The other staff were also friendly (and patient! Thanks!)

The tables were in need of a wipe but I carry baby wipes with me everywhere anyway and my toddler has yet to meet a messy situation he cant make messier.

Both were delicious but if you don’t like a lot of garlic I would recommend not to order the garlic fries because they are loaded with garlic! Garlic lovers will find them perfect for a snack though!

“My family and I enjoy eating at firehouse subs. My daughter enjoys her kids meal meatball subs and always gets excited for her hat. I enjoy all sorts of different sandwiches. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very friendly. The decor is amazing especially the painting mural on the wall. I would recommend this place to everyone.“

“Usual food. They don't have a drive thru, and the inside is very small. Stood at counter waiting to be helped for 5-10 minutes, getting looked at by many employees, before someone finally came to take my order. Stood at counter cause there was a big line for the kiosk. “We only started eating at McDonalds about a year ago when we were traveling. Over that time, one of the things we have noticed is the food is fairly consistent in quality and taste. So, what sets one McDonalds apart from another one? The customer service!

We found the employees here, to be very nice! At a lot of McDonalds, they try to avoid taking your order and point you to a kiosk. Not at this one! When we walked in, there was someone who came over to the register and asked us what we would like. Quite refreshing!

Also, they were really busy, and the empty tables were dirty. So, we went over and asked for a towel to clean one, and the employee (we think the manager) came right over and cleaned it for us. They also went and cleaned others tables after ours, which we didn't expect.

Overall, the food is what you would expect from a McDonalds, but the service is great“
