Although on a busy intersection of Soquel and Trevethan, the parking lot entrance is on the quiet street, Trevethan. The lot is not in but there are plenty od street parking. The restaurant itself is like any other Subway. Same menu and service.
Hire more people!! And stop making your online/phone orders the priority. What about the people who are actually in-person? I literally just waited behind a huge line of online/phone orders without even being acknowledged. Hi hellllo??! Treat your employees better Subway & your in-person customers. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of less is because your employees are awesome.
