The manager and cashier provide excellent customer service and always treat customers with respect and care. The food is consistently hot, salads are fresh, and well-prepared. The staff stays focused and professional, making sure orders are handled quickly and correctly. The team runs a tight, efficient operation that shows pride in their work. Popular menu items include the double char, strawberry shake, onion rings, char meal, sourdough sandwich, chicken tenders, and the Santa Barbara char. The burgers are phenomenal, the fries are hot and crispy, and the onion rings are huge and stay crispy even after cooling down. The Sweet Mustard sauce is pretty bomb, though the Ranch is way too watery. The place is clean and comfortable. Service is prompt and food comes out fast.
