“What friendly people and amazing food. I’m a college student and have been coming here with my family since I was 8 or so after surf class and school (mostly at 17th street location). The staff know everything I like down to the specifics of if I’d like my burrito cut in half, and they always ask questions about my family, my dogs, and surfing. They always nail the food each time and I could not ask for a better restaurant for when I visit back home now that I’m an out of state student. best Mexican food in Orange County for sure!“
“My recent visit to the Mexican restaurant was a pleasant one. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive. The menu had a good variety of Mexican dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the burrito, which was flavorful and filling. I'm giving it 4 stars because, while it was a great meal, there's always room for a little more improvement. I'd definitely return for another burrito and the overall enjoyable experience.“
“12/27/23 Just came here for the cookie butter biscoff shake. From Del Taco website:Creamy vanilla shake blended with Biscoff® Cookie Butter and Biscoff® Cookie Crumbles.I've been wanting to try it for weeks! Yep, it's cookie butter flavor alright! I ordered a regular size and got through half of it with no problem. I'm struggling to finish the rest of it. If you love the taste of cookie butter then I recommend this 10/10. I like it but don't think I would get it too often. 8/10.“
“If you can get past the dirty windows and the industrial storeroom vibe around the corners of the restaurant, the staff and food are great. Clean the windows and put your storage in the back room and I'll be happy to reward you with 5 stars.“
“My first time at this Downtown Buena Park location and I love it. It's in a huge shopping center area, surrounded by a variety of eateries and various clothing stores such as #Ross #TJMaxx, Walmart and close distance to #KnottsBerryFarm. Location wise, this is awesome. We popped in there while my nephews were next door at John's Incredible Pizza which they love (All u can eat buffet and arcade games) kinda like Dave and busters for kids and teens. We sat at da bar, no waiting and were attended to within a few minutes. Happy Hour drinks on deck with crispy crunchy #ChipsAndSalsa was yummy. This is definitely on da go back agenda. My nephews thoroughly enjoyed themselves at the arcade and are looking forward to going back so it's a win win for me. Check 'em out?Parking: Parking lot is huge and weekends are definitely busy, however there's plenty parking directly across the driveway from the ? in front of where the now closed Sears use to be.Wheelchair accessibility: Open, street level parking“
“Been here a couple of times now. The food is consistent with flavor, texture, and temperature. The cashiers have been nice and knowledgeable. The location has also been consistent in cleanliness each time I went. I like the variety menu choices, especially since it has an Impossible beef alternative for those that want the best beef/meat alternative that tastes good still. It is a good alternative to other taco/burrito locations. Prices are competitive. Pro-Tip from a frugal person here: sign up for their rewards and newsletter to get free food, BOGO and codes. Then it would definitely give you the most bang for your buck for this category of food. If you have one near, definitely worth checking out.Vegetarian options: Impossible Beef to replace any dish with beef“
