Genuinely, some of the finest Japanese food I've had in the States, with tasty cocktails to boot! Though service may occasionally be slow, since the tiny restaurant is often packed, every server and staff member has always been kind, courteous, and has made the wait worth it. Every negative review of this place sounds like the customer was incredibly rude.
This little restaurant is easily one of my favorite places, based on the food, the waitstaff, and the vibe.
The food is phenomenal. From the teriyaki chicken (or salmon!), to the cut rolls (I love the salmon skin roll), it's all beautiful and so damn tasty.
All of the waitstaff, owner and manager included, are so nice and friendly.
