“I recommend the Signal Hill Restaurant, but keep an eye on your time to get your order. Make sure they get it ready. Wow, worst time ever here. I ordered and kept waiting for my order..... Never called my number. I went up to the counter and asked, the manager looked at his screen and looked confused. I held out the receipt, he thought it was too close to him and got mad. THEY NEVER HAD MY ORDER IN THEIR SYSTEM. (or lost it) NOT the best experience here. Horrible service here today. I did stick my arm out straight and maybe it was too close to his face, but he looked confused and couldn't find my order on his display. There was NEVER any mention being sorry or "I can't seem to find your order".“

It’s clean, they play such relaxing music, great customer service and friendly fun environment. If something goes wrong, they are so willing to fix it even the manager emailed me to fix an order. I know some McDonald’s make the burgers all sloppy but this one makes them PRIME. I try not to go to McDonald’s but this one hits!“

“Dropped in for my birthday, we’ve been coming to this shack for over 10 years. Come to find out the previous owners sold to a new amazing couple. Which kept the original flavors, menu and recipes. Still high standards with great flavor, and great portions. We stopped by a little after 10-11 am and got chatting with the couple who now owns the business and how they got it. A really amazing story and so so friendly, they gave our children a couple small dishes of sherbet while we chatted with them and waited for our burgers. Wish to have stayed and chatted longer but had to road trip back home. We will still be coming back as often as we can. WE LOVE POCKET BURGER!! ❤️“

After eating it, I didn’t understand the line of people waiting.. It was okay, but in my opinion, no big deal.. “I came here cause my partner found it and raved about it. He bought me a club Sandwich the day he found it and it was really good. We just came today and had their cheeseburger and fries. Nothing in the burger was like mushy. Everything felt fresh and with a bite. My favorite part is that their fried zucchini is breaded in this light, yet crunchy breading. Only way I can describe it is almost like tempura. The zucchini itself is not mushy and wet. It feels like they’re not frozen but chopped and made in house. 10/10 for me. Very pleased“

“Dave's is one spot you're not gonna wanna miss!! It's a burger shack in a gas station parking lot, and it's one of the best meals in the area. The people who work here are great at what they do and really nice. It's really hard to find a good patty melt on rye, and this is one of the best ones in all of LA/Orange. “We run a busy DIY art studio nearby, and Fantastic Cafe is one of our go to places when we get really busy and need something to go, or when we need an extra energy pickup at the start/end of a long day. Our favorite is the two for one hamburger special after 4 PM, but we also love the patty milk with extra onions, the big, hot fries, and breakfast. Watch out for their milkshakes. They’re huge and addicting.“

“THIS PLACE IS AMAZING in the best possible way. Today I went for lunch with my 90 year old mother, my wife, and our two teenagers - a pretty diverse group, and not real easy to please. Everybody was extremely happy with what they ordered - the only complaint was from my wife, saying afterwards that she had "eaten too much" but couldn't stop because it was so delicious! She had the "heart stopper" burger, which includes bacon and a fried egg. My son and I often split two plates so we can try more things, and the pastrami sandwich and Frisco burger were both GREAT. I should have ordered the Pastrami on grilled rye - personal preference - but the roll it was served on was still very fresh. My daughter ordered the pastrami as well, and she loved hers. Grandma got the Reuben, and is looking forward to finishing it for dinner (huge sandwich for an old lady). We also tried the fried zucchini - best I've had in many years. Great fries and onion rings as well. I think that this may have just become our new family joint for a quick bite. My only regret is that I didn't find it earlier...... I spoke briefly with the manager, and he was really nice - working hard, because of the lunch rush, but was clearly committed to providing great food and great service.“

“I worked late last night in Gardena and was looking for a place to eat dinner. I am on the Keto diet and was thrilled to find that this diner had several salad options. I ordered the Greek salad with chicken and it was terrific. The salad was huge! The only downside is that the Greek olives had pits, which is the pits. Lots of chicken though and a ton of Feta cheese. Delicious!“

“Last week I had a burger and fries and today I had the comisky dog and chili cheese fries. The burger and fries were delicious. I'm originally from Chicago so I know my stuff and while the Comisky wasn't an authentic Chicago dog, it was still pretty good. The chili cheese fries were great. The chili was meaty with alot of beans ( real chili does not have beans but I digress) and generous.“
