“Suggest having a reservation. We showed up without a reservation and the place was practically empty and they had no seats available and this place is huge. Lots and lots of couch seating and tables. I personally find it frustrating, when an establishment of this size cannot have some seats open for walk-ins.
After being told there is no space available, WE discovered that the small bar area is open seating!!! Go Figure. Once we sat down the service was awesome!“

“My wife and I are big fans of Thai cuisine, and last night we decided to try Signature Thai Bistro. We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. Overall, the food was excellent, aside from the Crying Tiger, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Paul for his attentiveness and genuine kindness. “A wonderful evening at Todos Santos with my wife. We were greeted by Daniel the owner and chef extraordinare who took us to a very nice table in the outside patio. We started off with drinks which were made by one of our favorite bartenders Jaime! The other bartender of choice is Francisco who had the day off. Kenya was our waiter and was superb, very personable and professional. We each ordered the appetizer salad which were so good. We spoke with Daniel about the fresh fish and decided on the Sea Bass for my wife and I ordered the Salmon and lobster plate. These two dishes were amazing upon presentation and even tastier than they looked lol. I must say since we began dining at Todos Santos from when Daniel took over this place has blossomed this restaurant into the best Mexican cuisine in Orange County. With multiple awards to his credit Daniel has new menu items that he creates regularly and now opens after hours on Tuesdays and Fridays with a DJ and dance floor. On Saturday and Sunday the restaurant serves breakfast from 10 am to 2 pm and the dishes are delicious. Make a reservation and ask for Daniel. Let him know George sent you. “Let me start by saying I love filemignon... so at date night, I start my search at filemignon near me, depending where I am at that time... this place is definitely a diamond in the rough 8 oz. Filet Mignon for $38!!! The mashed potatoes could have been more buttery or flavorful in some other way., but the truffle Mac and cheese was fantastic! I was also happy that they had Caymus by the glass, which I cannot get pretty many places. The icing on the cake was my wife had the Chilean sea bass and compared it to mexico's & demolished the whole plate (which is rare)!!! Also, the Tar Tar was epic with a little spice (ask for more won tons).
Service is great and surprisingly, there was many sitting available. We'll definitely be back.“

“I believe this is a restaurant run by Koreans. The young waitstaff all speak Korean, and the food is authentic. The key point is that the shops in this mall usually close at 9:00 PM, but they dare to stay open until 1:00 AM, and they are often fully booked. I greatly admire their wisdom and courage, highly recommend it.“

“If you want a high quality taco or burrito you MUST try this place. Taco Tuesday saves $1 on most their selection. Grilled fish, surf n turf, carnitas and shrimp are all my families favorites. They even have some interesting seafood tacos no other place will have in their menu. Check them out once and you will be happy to habe found your new taco spot!“

“I will say, probably my new favorite spot! There wasn't anything that we ordered that we didn't like. The only downfall was that we didn't get some of the items we ordered. We told our waitress and she said she would get it, well this happened 4 times, each time telling her exactly what we didnt receive, showing her on my phone, pointing on the menu, and still didn't come out right. Waiting on those items took 45 minutes and by the time we went to submit a new order, it said that we had timed out on the 90 minute time limit. I will deduct 1 star on that alone. I will take it with a grain of salt and chalk it up to the fact they are still new. I will come back just because everything tasted so good and was fresh and hope that we dont run into the same service issues again. The Baja Sunrise Roll was our favorite, with the Orange Caramel Roll a close 2nd. Sautéed garlic edamame and the avocado Verde rock shrimp tempura were amazing, and the salmon collar was one of the better ones I've had!“

“We went to Habana for dinner when we went to OC to visit family. The place was beautiful and ambience classy. The food and drinks were wonderful! My favorite was the pepper shrimp dish. Absolutely awesome! Also, try the flan — you wouldn’t want to share it even if you were so full from your entree already.“
