McDonald's in Simi Valley

“A pretty standard, clean, and efficient enough McDonald's. Like most they've converted to the ordering kiosks which makes me feel old and sad, but such is life.

This particular location is sort of... Dark and a little sad? That's the only memorable distinction between it and the thousand other McDonald's just like it.“

“I give this location 4 stars because the employees do a good job, and the only item I ever order, sausage Mcmuffin with egg, is made better at this location than any other.
It's cooked just right and doesn't taste like it was in a warmer.“

“I ordered only an iced latte and the screen I ordered from told me to take a table tent, input the number and grab a seat your drink is on the way!

I did as instructed but waited and waited until it came about 11 minutes later. The young lady delivering it to me at my table was very apologetic and even made a new one for me since mine was sitting at the counter I guess?

I give this McDonald's 4 stars. Service was late but she was so nice and apologized plus she made my drink again so it was fresh!

Now that is what I call great customer service!“

“went inside so i can have some time alone/to myself…just having an overall bad day. Went to the cashier Maria and she had an absolutely GREAT and positive attitude it actually turned my day around.
