Panera Bread offers excellent service and delicious food. Their menu features a variety of options, including black pepper focaccia, French onion soup, Asian sesame salads, and napa almond chicken salad sandwiches. The baked goods are also a must-try. While the food can take a bit longer to arrive during busy times, the service is always friendly. Employees are very nice and often provide helpful information about rewards. However, there may be some inconsistencies with portion sizes, as some customers have noted that bowls of soup were not filled as expected and salads were smaller than usual. Additionally, the lack of sugar-free coffee options may be a drawback for some customers.
