Thank you for allowing me to be tour tester for the brioche buns. Perfect crum and awesome taste. The sandwich’s we made with them were awesome. Love having a home grown business that can provide fresh bread without all the preservatives that you get at the stores. It always tastes so much better.
I had the privilege of sampling the pistachio cake before the official launch and it is a special cake. Moist and flavorful.
The large sourdough is my favorite and you can never go wrong with fresh, warm bread.

We ordered apple galettes, they arrived warm and we’re perfectly delicious!!
I highly recommend this bakery.
