Subway in Simi Valley

“I stopped by this Subway today to take advantage of the subway deal on their footlong meal. I had issues on their app putting in my order and also on the website because it kept saying my cart didn't satisfy the coupon deal. So I went to the store to see if they can help. I found parking easily in the front because it was early morning. When I walked inside, there was only 1 lady working and she told me she couldn't help me. So I went back in my car and figure I would try one more time but this time put each item individually. That did the trick and my order went through. I went back inside and the lady knew it was my order. I was going to get a cherry coke for my drink but it was out of order so I got a regular coke. I took my food back to my work to eat there. I got the footlong all American club since I wanted to try it because I always get the oven roasted turkey. I thought the lady put too much mayo on my sandwich and I didn't really like the overall all American club so I won't order it again.

“Ever since Jay and Swati took over this subway, we've noticed that the place was alot cleaner. The employees are well groomed and clean. The sandwiches was consistently made with generous amount of meat and veggies. Most of all, the employees are always pleasant and provides the best customer service that I've ever seen at any Subway location. My husband and I always make a point of supporting them by going there for lunch after church every Sunday.“

“For food, I got the best sandwich ever very good but for service I got a really mean person don’t quite remember their name, but it was not good service atmosphere. The tables were a little dirty, but there was a really kind lady sitting there and offered me to sit with her.“

I reassured him we are patient and we're extremely happy he was there for us!

“Subway tastes better than it used to 5-10 years ago. At least that's how I feel, my wife uses the coupons that come in the mail and we get like $5 foot longs basically. The hotshot Italiano is quite good. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they didn't have my wife's order ready on at least 2 diff occasions and we showed up a few min late to pickup but other than that, good stuff ?“
