I had a 20 person event catered by Chef Patrick and it was phenomenal! Everything was wonderful. He and his staff were super attentive and fun to talk to. Really an amazing experience. Need to find an excuse now to host another Sushi event!!
Patrick was kind enough to cook and entertain our group of friends to celebrate a birthday and our expectations could not have been exceeded more. The food, the service, the preparation, the pricing, the cleanup and just the joy of the experience was out of this world. This was truly a unique culinary experience with Sushi quality that rivals any dining experience I have had in San Diego, which includes all the normal, high quality restaurants in the area.
