“Fabulous. For so many reasons. First well crafted Italian varietals by Ruggero Mastroserio, who was also pouring wines himself and is just a wonderful person to spend time with. We’re told that his pizzas are great from his pizza oven on site. He was not making pizzas on this day, but then made us a special bowl of ravioli, even though he wasn’t cooking. We particularly liked the Ciao Bella white blend, Primitivo, and Barbera for their uniqueness among California wines, but his Bordeau blends are also great. We definitely want to return when up in Fairplay and try to aim for one of the days where he is playing his saxophone. Very dog friendly, too.“

“I've eaten here many times the past few months after a friend of mine recommended the restaurant. Never been disappointed. Wor wonton soup is excellent packed with shrimp, chicken, pork, wonton, etc. Excellent fried rice dishes and combination plates. Everything I've ordered has been excellent. And portions are huge! Definitely the BEST Chinese restaurant in the area. Highly recommended!!!“

“Lots of great Mexican restaurants around but if you want a nice sit down and chat atmosphere then this is the place in Diamond Springs. We've been here several times and we're new to the area. Never been disappointed.

“I seen the review on this place and decided to travel longer to go to it. I am happy I did. Wasent expecting a bright purple building. But I love the color purple. It was slow in there at 1130am. But they just opened we was seated quickly. I didnt care for the soup and salad. But the chicken was amazing with the tempora veggies was great too. Would have cooked them a tiny bit more. “Karmere is a lovely winery with beautiful views. Wonderful place to bring a charcuterie board or picnic lunch to enjoy with a glass of Karmere wines! “Out of the 9 wineries we went to this weekend Vino Noceto is the one I would tell everyone to go JUST to visit this winery, experience the wine and enjoy the conversation. The winery itself is nice - lots of space inside and outside. Bring a picnic, spend the afternoon and definitely see if you can pick just ONE wine ... because there were too many I loved to stick with one! The host and hostess - amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the wines and has a passion that had us hanging on every word. Plus he was so much fun and engaging we thought he was the owner! Lots of things to purchase inside - beautiful candles, massage cream, etc on top of crackers, etc. Don't get me started on the balsamic and oil! WOW! There wasn't a single other winery that we enjoyed every bottle that was poured for us. We will be back just to spend the afternoon with a few of our favs! (the price point is reasonable as well!). We came in sundresses however there were casual and moderately casually dressed people. Shorts and tshirts etc would have been fine as well. TRY THE WINE SLUSHY! 10 out of 10. I'll drive the hour for this winery.“

“This winery is one of the best! We visited for a wine tasting and the gentleman was so informative about the wines and how they are harvested, we couldn’t get enough of his knowledge! The wines, all six, that we selected on our own were excellent! We will probably join the club when we get home! Also, there is a picnic area that you can purchase a charcuterie board or cheese and crackers, spreads and dips to sit down and enjoy with your bottle of wine! It’s fantastic!“

“This place continues to go downhill in my opinion. We have been going there for years. But the last year we have stopped going much at all because the service is very hit and miss. A few good servers here and there. The food had also started to be not as good. We decided to try it again and for me this is probably the last time. The serving size for the price is pitiful. Especially the ridiculously small kids pizza for $12. It was burnt on the bottom besides. The garden sandwich sounded very good but was pitiful and served on a dry bun. The service was adequate but not friendly. Just disappointing again. This used to be one of my favorite places.“

“Let me tell you ! Coming home from Tahoe. Looked up restaurants. Reviews said they serve high end ingredients here. OMG . Literally some of the best Chinese food I ever had ! The Mongolian beef was amazing. Even people next to us some firstimers as well were saying the same thing. My lady does not like Chinese food that much either. She was not too thrilled i asked her if we can go there. When we left she kept saying how amazing her food was. This is not like her at all trust me ! Lol From now on I will never pass this place without getting something. Even if im not hungry im getting some to go for later. Thanks Iron walk for serving the best food possible. Great food, excellent service and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend the strawberry Panna cotta with chocolate mousse for dessert. Great personal service from the owner!! Very friendly.
