“A nice addition to culinary options in the town of Sonoma. Steaks are a little pricey ($46-$60) but steak everywhere is getting pricey. The filets were cooked to perfection. Mushrooms in the cream of mushroom soup were pureed. Texture was silky smooth and good flavor. If you are looking for chuncks of mushroom for texture, you will be disappointed. Overall the soup was delicious. And to close out the meal, the cheesecake was devine. Not a heavy NY style but a fluffy creamy style. The drizzle of carmel sause was a wonderful complement. I recommend you try Sonoma Valley Farmhouse.“

“My compliments to the chef and kitchen team, every dish was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and clearly made fresh. The use of high-quality, mostly local ingredients truly made a difference. The service was excellent as well. The young woman who helped us, her name started with J—was very sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, an outstanding dining experience. Definitely worth the 50-minute trip!“
“I got take out and it was fantastic.
The ceviche was divine (honestly, one of the best flavor profiles I have EVER had) and the mortadella on ciabatta was delicious. I planned on eating half and saving half, but it was so good i just kept on eating!
It is adorable and bustling and has a family business feel. It is takeout but there are a few spots to sit. You will not be disappointed; the quality of the food is absolutely top notch. My favorite find of 2024 so far!“

“The most beautifully presented and tasty agedashi tofu I have ever had! The tempura udon was very tasty with an excellent dashi but would have been nicer with more than one tempura prawn. The restaurant smelled a little too fishy as if it hadn't had a deep clean lately. However the service was so beautiful, gracious and efficient and the room had such gentle acoustics that we both had a lovely lunch.“
