“I love Nick the Greek! My go-to order is the Nick Fries and the Chicken Gyro Pita — there’s just something about the flavor that always hits the spot. It’s seasoned perfectly and consistently delicious every time.

“I visited Sourdough & Co. today with my friends and we had a really great experience. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the environment was nice and comfortable. We ordered the flatbread, which was amazing, and also tried three sandwiches, every bite was full and really satisfying. We also got the soup combo, and it was very tasty. Overall, the food and service were fast and great. I would definitely recommend others to visit and try their food. I’ll definitely be coming back again.“

“This was the first time my husband and I ever heard of this restaurant. We were a little worried about coming in as the closing time was only about 30 minutes after we arrived. We were welcomed and sat immediately. The Nigiri was absolutely amazing for AYCE. The pricing was decent for two people. Sure the rolls are smaller but it makes sense for an AYCE establishment. The service was pretty good just a very minor issue of waiting between orders but that is understandable.

“I make it a point to come and visit Fava about once a month, traveling from out of town each time, and I have to say, it's always such a genuinely lovely experience. It's a combination of the wonderful people who work there, the delicious food they prepare, the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant, and the incredible freshness of everything. “Every Table meal subscription is amazing. Delicious, healthy foods at a very fair price. 5 dinners only $38. The best part is my area has brick and mortar stores where I just walk in and buy my meal prep for the week...Meals cooked in a local kitchen by real chefs with local fresh ingredients. I'm busy all the time and although I love cooking it's hard to cook for just one person. The majority of meals are 600 calories or less. An easy way for me to stay in my calorie deficit. I just had the chicken schwarma bowl and it was soooo good. Tasted just like a home cooked meal. Highly recommend“

The good:

Bettenjan bi tahina: So flavorful! Loved all the sauces, and the dish came together beautifully — healthy food with great presentation.

The not-so-good:

Portion sizes were quite small, so we left feeling a bit unsatisfied.

The sumac spritz tasted mostly like sugar water with barely any other flavor.

Overall, a nice place if you’re looking for healthy options, though it would be great to see some chicken kebabs for non-vegetarians and falafel choices for vegetarians.“

“The food was really good. The standouts were the Calamari Fritti, Caponatta, and the Cosacca. The Ruccola was the only dish that felt flat, but tasted fresh. Service was good and we luckily did not need a reservation. Would definitely return and it's recommended!“

“I had the opportunity to stop by Mixt in Berkeley yesterday while staying nearby. Having moved to another state some time ago, my go-to location used to be the Oakland store. I was pleasantly surprised to see Sam now serving as the General Manager — it was wonderful to see her and the excellent team she leads at this location. They are doing an outstanding job, and I look forward to visiting again whenever I am in town.“

“Jen and Cecy and the team at Cafe Soleil catered our wedding at the Brazilian Room, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, they took care of *everything* in the venue, and they were truly a joy to work with. Cecy was very responsive, professional, and patient with our many questions and requests. During the reception, the staff was wonderful with the passed appetizers and the bar, and the servers took care of us (bride and groom) with special attention. “This is a cozy little spot with great food! I got fish kadai, and my partner got a shrimp wrap. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I also highly recommend the mango lassi, which is so thick it's almost like a milkshake and not watery at all like some places.
Literally my only complaint is that the chairs are uncomfortable and the tables are small, but bigger tables wouldn't fit in the restaurant. You can get comfier chairs though!!!“

They were quick, well priced and delicious. The perfect quick bite.“

“So glad to find out they reopened after being closed a while during the pandemic. Currently you have to pre-order a day in advance for pickup so it takes a little planning but so worth it.Their fried chicken is so crispy. I ordered it with waffle fries and they say they only fire up the fries just before your pickup time so that they're fresh. When I went to pick up my order, they let me know it would just be a few minutes because the fries were finishing and when he came out with my order, he said he accidentally made the salad but included both the fries and salad and threw in a vanilla pudding. Everything was so delicious. Even the bonus pudding had flecks of vanilla bean and tasted so much better than the instant stuff. The chicken and fries were enough for 2 meals.“

Not only do they make it an easy process to place orders, but I feel the different catering options are great for all types of meetings and events. Specifically with my most recent meeting, they really helped me out because the online system said my order couldn't be ready at the time I needed it. “My most recent visit to Chick-fil-A in Vallejo (Admiral Callahan location) was a good overall experience, especially in terms of customer service—but there are a few things to keep in mind.

This location is consistently busy. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was wrapped halfway around the parking lot, and there were several people inside waiting for mobile orders. I placed my order through the app about 10 minutes before arriving, but still ended up waiting around 10–15 minutes total for my food after checking in.

The staff handled everything very professionally. One employee checked on my order when I asked, and another brought it out, confirmed every item (including sauces), and even held the door open for me on the way out. The service here really stands out—friendly, polite, and attentive.

As for the food, I ordered the chicken strips and waffle fries. By the time I got home (about a 5-minute drive), the fries had already cooled down and were starting to lose their freshness, while the chicken was still warm but not hot. Reheating everything in the air fryer for a few minutes brought it back to near-fresh quality.

Bottom line:

“Just visited the location in Vallejo. Our server Dana was super sweet and attentive. We probably spent less than 1h in the restaurant. We were seated right away, food came fast, warm and delicious. All the other employees were also super friendly. It was my husband’s birthday so we got a free dessert to take home. Very affordable and delicious. Will definitely come back“
