“Incredible sandwiches. No breadwiches here- real, quality meats and great portions of them complimented by fresh bread, veggies and spreads. It is the go to sandwich place in the area, hands down. Zula’s is a purely family-run operation that moved to their current location from Market and Main. They rock! The “Avo-I-Am” is just an incredible sandwich. “About the best thing in Martinez.. not counting the Glorious Gals of Hilda's Pleasure-O-Rama out on Hardback Ave is the soon to be world famous Lucia's Craft Sandwiches! I was in Martinez dropping off the Spindler's Rotomiser for my 48 Pearson Applehorn to the boys over at the Monkey Ass Garage because they claimed they could realign the wobbler shaft without tearing it up. Well, I had some time to kill so I went straight to Lucia's Craft Sandwiches and had some pretty spectacular sandwiches.

“Some of the best pizza in the bay area. Excellent sauce. The dough, cheese sauce, balance is really good. They also have specials where they introduced different types of pizza that are not common to your typical American consumers. Some of the best pizza I have ever had.“

“Some of the best food in the area organically sourced, absolutely amazing chef, and service is friendly and out of this world. The food and drinks are just suburb. Flavors are extremely well balanced and flavors just pop. Each dish, wether the steak which was perfect seasoned and match with the potatoes agraten, the Cesar and salmon salad with its perfect Cesar dressing or the loaded turkey on facasia everything was just perfect! The drinks just out of this world! As always you should taste the flavors of the alcohol and not the alcohol... and the bartender got it perfect and just right!
Definately and is our regular go to diner restaurant!
And if you can stay for the music... always a special treat!“
