“honestly this place was such a good find. i got their pad thai and it was perfectly saucy and not dry at all. the iced coffee was strong just how i like it, not watered down. the guy working was super nice and even asked if i wanted extra spice. i’d drive back out here just to eat here again.“

“We had a great time at the California Magic Club! It’s an intimate and accessible environment, comfortable atmosphere, friendly folks who work there, and very talented and personable magicians — including the owner, John Gardenier. We went for an afternoon show, and experienced an hour prior to the show of fantastic close-up magic at our table by 3 magicians. It was a wonderful personal touch on par with the subsequent show. We will definitely be going back and recommending to friends and family. The venue and content are appropriate for youth to seniors. It was a lot of fun and definitely kept us guessing. Recommended!“

“This is one of my very favorite restaurants in Martinez. I love the window seat when I can get it. Love the charming privacy it lends itself too. The service is amazing; especially if you get Darlene! She is friendly, efficient, clearly loves what she does! You are greeted as if your a long lost friend! The food is so fresh and very tasty. I've never had a bad meal in this place. They bring free bread with a balsamic dip to the table that is so good. I could drink the dip. Lol. Their CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD, DELUXE DUNGENESS CRAB MELT, GEMELLI PASTA WITH ROASTED SEASONAL VEGETABLES, AND THEIR COASTAL LINGUINI, (I substituted with chicken.) are some of my favorites. All theirs food is off the hook! Their prices are just slightly higher than the average; however, their food is great quality and they give a huge portion. They have live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. I've not been there on those nights. I feel quite confident that it just adds to the already charming atmosphere.

Just love, love, love this place.

“Yeah, it’s an awesome little Dinner with the great menu service was great and had some large portions had to take some food to home with me and that’s pretty rare for me I had classic club sandwich. It was very good and my wife had the veggie omelette which she finished in no time so must’ve been very good..“

I was in Martinez dropping off the Spindler's Rotomiser for my 48 Pearson Applehorn to the boys over at the Monkey Ass Garage because they claimed they could realign the wobbler shaft without tearing it up. Well, I had some time to kill so I went straight to Lucia's Craft Sandwiches and had some pretty spectacular sandwiches.

Its a whole vibe to go have coffee on a Saturday morning with your friends I ordered a chai latte with almond milk and honey, and a breakfast panini it was the bacon one yumm. Spent somewhere around 20$“

“Hanabi has been a staple for me for the past 25 years. I've seen it change hands, change chefs, and change menus several times over the years. The new owners have brightened it up and offered some additional menu items. However, the hot night and the heart attack rolls still reign supreme for me.“

“Everything here is great. The food is amazing, they are fast and super friendly. We get take out from here at least once a week. The only thing I have an issue with is the prices. We like the crispy chicken tacos. Before today they were $1.99 and the chips and salsa came with our order today I got 12 tacos and the cashier asked me if I wanted chips and salsa, I usually say no even though they are free because we don't eat the Chios but for some reason I said sure why not and my order that usually comes out to $26 and some change cost me $39. That's a $13 increase in price. Which is what 50% more which is insane. I'm good. No thank you.

Parking: There is parking but the direction of the spaces are odd. There is always parking though
