“Great place to eat after the theater. Great food, nice ambience, an overall happy experience! Try the empanadas--delicious! My husband had the Cuban sandwich, and I had the ropa vieja. Delish! This is a minor complaint because our waitress was really nice. However, I will say that a gentleman was a little ornery about where to seat us. We arrived at 4:00 P.M. to an empty restaurant, and he wouldn't seat us further away from the door, where we wanted to sit because it was cold. He said that they were saving the seats for the big crowds that they expected. However, by the time we left the tables we would have desired were filled with groups of two or four. They turned off the fans, so we were comfortable, but his attitude got us off to a bad start. The rest of the visit was great, and we would recommend this restaurant and would return.“

“This place is a ridiculous gem of a spot. Rather unassuming from the outside, but inside is a super focused, stylish and capable kitchen turning out a small menu of greatness. It almost goes without saying that this is not grocery store rotisserie chicken. You actually get crispy skin here, non generic seasoning and nosiness throughout. It's also served with fresh mint and cilantro, and all the chimichurri you can stand. The sides are impeccable with next level roasted broccoli and Brussels, both also served with herbs and bright sauces. All wrapped it up with really great service. Date night-level ambiance too! Only thing is you need to be ready for stinky leftovers because the amount of cruciferous veggies (cauliflower, sprouts, broccoli) you can get, but it's worth it.“

At minimum, two sauces. I know this is fusion, but I am used to dipping birrias. Also, the pickled carrots were a very nice touch and with good flavors. Mushroom Empanada - My daughter's and mine's favorite, especially with their sauce. Chicken Empanada - Our least favorite. But again, the sauce is/was amazing! I can put this sauce on everything. Both empanadas were good, just too small. Am I being greedy? These are baked? Tasted and looked deep fried. Simple menu done well. Atmosphere - Even with GPS, it is not easy to find. It might have been me, or the rain, or a busy Webster street? But once I parked, I found the place easily by walking. If the city allows, can I suggest bigger and more signage? Very small take out business. Simple, nice decor, see pictures. Street parking, metered right in front, and free residential parking around the corner. Small display, but missing signage. I would/might have liked to try a few items, if I had known what they were. I might have made a few impulse purchases...? See pictures. Small open kitchen. Bench seating inside and outside for waiting. It was raining today, so I chose to stay indoors. Service - Good. I shared that I was a first time customer and asked for suggestions. She answered the question, but it was not a suggestive sell, so I asked for a few more minutes to read and study the entire menu. “As a pizza connoisseur, when I heard about Roman style pizza, 'pinsa', with a different dough, I was immediately curious. As they note on their website, pinsa dough is made from a combination of soy flour, rice flour, and wheat flour, creating a crust that is light yet crunchy and satisfying.We ordered the Formaggio di Capra e Spinaci for some greens to go with, and then got the Quattro Formaggi and Prosciutto e Fichi for our pinsas.I find salads from pizza places to be very hit or miss; and Gusto Pinsa's salad was certainly a hit. The salad was perfectly dressed - it had a ton of flavor with the dressing, tomatoes, goat cheese, cranberries and walnuts coming together to provide an interesting textural contrast, with a nice hit of black pepper.The pinsas were the star of the meal though, as expected. Although I'm not the biggest fan of cheese only pizzas, the Quattro Formaggi was excellent! It was super cheesy and salty (in the perfect way), and the splotches of sauce provided nice balance to the saltiness of the cheese.The Prosciutto e Fichi was the preferred pinsa by myself and my partner, with the prosciutto and fig glaze providing a nice saltiness and sweetness that contrasted very well with the Quattro Formaggi.If you haven't tried Roman style pinsa yet, what are you waiting for? These pinsas were delicious and somehow felt much lighter than eating a regular pizza. We will be back!“

The Kefta was delicious with the caramelized onions seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg (?). Really good. The tangy side salad was a nice counter-point to the Kefta. The hummus was top drawer and sprinkled generously with paprika. The only disappointment was the pita which was a bit dry and appeared (and tasted) "store bought." Taking off a star for that. If you're serving this type of food, you can't fumble something as basic and central as the pita bread. Aside from that little fail, very good.“

“I love Valencia Street restaurants, so this one has always been on my bucket list. Luckily, it did not disappoint! Super cute seating outside with the lights and solid pizza to satisfy a craving. As an appetizers, we got the butternut squash arancini ($13.50), which were unique to me with good flavor and texture. For pizzas, we shared the Burrata Red Pie ($24) and Clam White Pie ($24). I enjoyed the clam one more because it was more special and did a great job capturing the flavor. The pizzas are a bit pricey for the size, but I say that as someone from the east coast who has just never gotten used the pizza prices here. I still prefer some pizza spots in North Beach more, but I really enjoyed the different toppings and options here!“

The app is well designed and the timing was accurate on when my order was ready to be picked up at the counter.The original Charburger here reminds me of a Whopper at Burger King. I like the inclusion of cheese and pickles, and if you order extra lettuce or tomatoes, they definitely pack that in for you in your burger.The really like the option to have two types of fries in your fries order. I'm not sure I've seen this option anywhere else, especially not at a fast food chain.For the price, I still enjoy In-N-Out more on the burger front, but the fries here are superior in every way.“
