Quality is key with any meal. Roger-San is all about quality. Sit at the bar if you can!
Omakase with Roger is one of those experiences I’m going to remember for a very long time, and bide my time (and budget) until I can go again for a special event. You want to arrive fasted and bust out for this dinner. I’m serious.

Zushi Puzzle provides an unforgettable dining experience that keeps guests coming back. The sushi was insanely good quality and well priced. Service was spectacular. An omakase experience with Chef Roger Chong was a delight and felt like an immersive theater experience. Be prepared to spend a lot but it is worth the experience.
