“I came on a Saturday morning around 10am and it was pretty busy, but ordering and getting our food was relatively quick.

We tried the original, elote, and garden bagels and they were all really good. The stuffed bagels are very rich so the bagel sandwich was a nice fresher option. The bagels are super soft and thick. The price isn't bad at all for LA and the portions are decent.

We didn't try any drinks but they looked really good and we'll definitely go back to the other bagels!“

“One of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had! They have a variety of breakfast sandwiches, burritos, fish, and other breakfast foods!

The staff were kind and welcoming. They have a variety of chips, drinks, even Mexican Sprite, Fanta, and Coke!

I got a plain bagel that had turkey, cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs and a hash brown. I devoured the sandwich and it was ready within 5 minutes of ordering!

“I tried Einstein Bros for the first time and it’s become my absolute favorite 🤩
I love the avocado, egg and tomato or the bacon avocado. It’s delicious. The hash browns are good too. But alittle small. Coffee could be a bit warmer. But overall I love this place and I think it’s been a great addition to Monterey park. Wish they’d open in the evenings. 😇“

“What a great hidden gem in Los Alamitos! I ordered an Americana bagel on jalapeño bread, a hot tea and an iced vanilla chai, everything was delicious. Plus they have ice nugget machine which I prefer instead of the big ice chunks for iced drinks!
The iced vanilla chai was SO good, much much better than its big corporation competitors. I will definitely come again. Both girls behind the counter were very kind and patient and gave me the WiFi password and gave me recommendations. They really made you feel at ease. What a delight to visit, I would certainly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for good prices, good food and yummy drinks!“

“This bagel shop has become one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots. My go-to orders are the chicken salad bagel, the tuna bagel, and the breakfast bagel. The chicken salad is flavorful and generously portioned, while the tuna is fresh and well-seasoned. The breakfast bagel is a great way to start the day, packed with delicious ingredients and served on a perfectly toasted bagel. And sometimes I’ll keep it simple with a bagel with just cream cheese. They also have multiple cream cheese flavors and they are all amazing!!!!

Also, recently, my car's air conditioner broke down.
I was so thirsty so I stopped at the
Alex Donut Shop.
It was a small Donut shop. The place was organized and they kept the shop very cleaned.
The owner was from
Cambodia. He was attentive, friendly and
very helpful.
I was vey thirsty so I wanted to drink something cold and refreshing.
I ordered the Mango
Juice Smoothie.
And I tried the Ham & Cheese Croissant and Strawberry Cream Cheese Croissant.
The Croissants were
big and delicious! 😋
The Mango Juice Smoothie was so tasty, creamy and refreshing.
I really liked it a lot!
And I would like to recommend this donut shop to everyone.“

“Well, its not THE best anymore, but I still like it. It is a bit pricey for what you get, which is fine if its quality. The iced latte was warm, the bagel was doughy & had just a little piece of soggy bacon. It has always been expensive for a bagel shop, but it use to be small & family operated. I was glad to see it expand, but now miss what it used to be. The drive through is convenient for me. Others complain about the cashless aspect which for me is not an issue… It will not be my go to for coffee & I hope they fix the bagel because the lunch sandwich looked good & I would like to try it sometime. 3.5 stars 🌟 for this location.“

Mini Boston cream, variety of nice sprinkled and semi thick sugar glaze ones for the kiddos or the for that inner child we like to suppress at times,
also, BLUEBERRY and STRAWBERRY croissants!
So freaking good.
Coffee comes with your choice of creamer, free pour.
They had a good variety of bagels, too! Sesame, Jalapeños, and some others.
AND a variety of in-house cream cheese for purchase. 5 BUCKS. I bought a chive cream cheese. Such a nice touch to add to their bagels!

“I have been coming to Grounds Bakery & Cafe since the day they opened. They have some of the best fresh breads and pastries. Such a massive selection. My favorite are the sandwiches. Honestly the best tuna sandwich in the world. And literally, I mean the world- I have tried them everywhere. And their is not single place other then grounds that gets them right and perfect. “This spot is where the Coffee Bean used to be on Wilshire and Western. It’s a fairly new spot everything is clean and in its place. The menu is huge but everything sounds delicious. I ordered the chicken BLT and I love it. The owner and staff were so inviting and kind to me. They helped me pick what Would help soothe my craving for something delicious and savory. All I can say is wow at this point. I highly recommend that people try this place if you find something that you didn’t like try something else because there’ are plenty of choices on the menu.“
