At first I was doubting wether I should come to this restaurant or should go to a different one from the reviews posted here but I AM SO GLAD I came to this Pollo loco. Wonderful service, went around 1-2 pm and my food was very quick and delicious. Come to this place it's worth it.
I’m giving this review to Pollo Loco because I came in tonight to buy a tostada salad because I was running late to pick up my kids from the babysitter and also I bought 4 churros for my kids one of the employees let the cashier know there was no more churros when she kept claiming their some they give me the churros they were cold hard and no sugar on them I don’t like to complain because I work in customer service field and I know it’s hard but you know what it’s better...read full review

The truth is that they didn't serve me well, the 5 acos of hard chicken, the stale tortillas, I'm sorry, the employees murmured and I don't think they liked me well, but I always had a good attitude, I don't mind the problems, but I think they should serve me well now that one goes I had my meal very hungry after working a long day, thank you and attentive employees ☹️
