I stopped by to visit this location a few days ago and I was greeted with a warm smile and the best help ! This place was spotless and super clean. Emma thank you so much for being you I’ll be back again to visit soon !
The woman that was working behind the counter was very male centered and treated me and my friend who are both women like her very disrespectful.. She had an attitude with me when I asked her a simple question, but then when another customer asked her a question, she was very polite on top of that I asked for water she tried giving me water from the sink saying that it’s filtered water like ma’am no it’s not. Wetzel's Pretzels offers chewy, doughy pretzels and bites. The loaded pretzel bites topped with hot Cheetos and jalapeños are a great snack to share. Favorite items include the pizza roll topped with butter, Parmesan, and ranch with salty pepperoni, and the hot, fresh, super stringy mozzarella sticks. Some specific menu items receive mixed feedback: the S'mores pretzel bitz can be disappointing when the mini marshmallows are not melted, and some wish for a pepperoni pretzel without jalapeño. The horchata float is often unavailable, replaced by a slushie. While the food is generally good and made fresh, and the place is clean with great customer service, there have been isolated complaints about food preparation.
