A blend of California chiles and a touch of our chef's ingredients. Filled with your choice of cheese and onions, shredded pork, or chicken. Topped with sour cream and Cotija cheese. Served with our cilantro rice and black beans.
La Verde Enchilada
Our green tomatillo sauce sautéed with heavy cream. Topped with sour cream and queso fresco. Served with our cilantro rice and black beans.

This place was a little out of the crazy crowded part of SLT so that was nice. There’s a decent vegan section on the menu so you don’t have to ask or modify non-vegan items on the menu. The vegan horchata (must specify vegan) was a little watery but I still enjoyed it. Chips and salsa were complimentary (I know some restaurants are moving away from that). I got the sopes with potatoes and soy chorizo and they were really good. Would definitely hit this spot again.

I’ve been coming to Tahoe for years, and I never knew about this place. It’s so delicious and so vegan friendly!!! In south lake that’s kind of un heard of. This place is great!! The staff are also super sweet:)

This place is incredible. 10/10 would recommend over all the other restaurants in Lake Tahoe. I am so impressed. I got the wet burrito half and half sauces and it was so good. They are friendly and good service.
